I am a documentary photographer living in Italy. This page gives a few examples of my work. PDF PORTFOLIOS Instead of a set of web pages I have provided a number of Adobe Acrobat files of my work. This has the advantage that the portfolios look the same on all platforms, but on the other hand the files are quite large. The best thing to do is to download them and then look at them off-line. To do this you need Acrobat Reader. LANSDOWNE ROAD Lansdowne Road is a short street in downtown Bombay behind the Taj Mahal 5 star hotel. I spent several months there in 1998 photographing the street people and stall holders. The story was featured on the Digital Journalist in August 2000. Lansdowne Road (2Mb download) CITY OF CROWS City of Crows is my forthcoming book about the Bombay slum of Dharavi. I have posted some excerpts from it here. Introduction is a text piece with a few images about life in the slum, while Dhobighat is a section dealing with the Dharavi laundymen's quarter and Selection contains 14 untitled images from the book. The story was featured on the Digital Journalist in April 2002.
